Frequently Asked Questions

What are your hours?

Our hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. We are open full-time, all year round with breaks throughout the year. Extended hours are available on a case-by-case basis, but are not guaranteed.

To whom do you provide services?

We provide educational and ABA services to clients aged 5 to 21. In order to attend, clients must receive both educational and ABA therapy services on a full-time basis.

What do I need in order to apply?

In order to apply at Ember ABA, there are three criteria that each client is required to meet:

1) A diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder

2) A recipient of the FES-UA scholarship or similar

3) Insured by one of our in-network insurances; Cigna, Medicaid (Title 19), Aetna and Tricare

How do I apply?

If you meet the criteria listed above, please call us and we will send you an admissions application via email.

Do you have a waitlist, if so, how long is it?

Yes we have a waitlist but we always encourage families to reach out and apply. There is no set length to our waitlist, it is all dependent upon your child's needs, open spaces, and available staff.

Do you provide other services like Speech, OT, or PT?

No, Ember ABA does not provide these services directly. We do allow therapists to come to our facility to provide services during pre-designated times, but all additional services are the responsibility of the parents/guardians.

How much does your program cost?

The child's scholarship covers the educational services that Ember ABA provides. The client's in-network insurance covers the ABA therapy services. Parents are responsible for all co-pays and deductibles that their specific insurance plan outlines.

Do we provide transportation?

No. All transportation is the responsibility of the parents/guardians or any other approved/verified drivers.
